It’s on Your Tongue

April 18:2019

And He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” So I answered, “O Lord God, You know.” Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! ... So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and suddenly a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to bone…So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army.
Ezekiel 37:3-4, 7, 10

From the text, the situation appeared to be hopeless; it was the point at which most of us will throw our hands up or begin to cry to God to do something. Relating to or partnering with the Holy Spirit helps us to see situations clearly for what they are and once this happens, He guides us on how to channel our faith and not shoot blanks. Just like in our text, God wanted Ezekiel to see the current state of things to be able to make pronouncements when the time came.

God has the ability to fix any situation but He needs your cooperation and input. He won't come down to the earth physically to speak on your behalf; rather, He will prepare you through His Spirit and arm you with His Word. His instructions will come as you listen for His words and when you align and speak accordingly, the miracles will happen!

God's specific word to you and His instructions are those that you must put on your lips. As you speak the words He gave you with authority and boldness, mixed with earnest expectation as a prophet over your life and situation, there will be a coming together of things for your good.

Beloved, God is doing a new thing but He needs your tongue to speak it into reality. It is your year of the unprecedented indeed. Hallelujah!
