Luke 11

"And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus."
Ephesians 2:1-7 (NKJV)

The character of God is an important basis for our confidence in Him; its various attributes give us a solid foundation for an effective faith walk and a vibrant life of worship.

One of the main attributes of His character is the rich and enduring nature of His mercy. The mercy of God is transcendent in quality and abundant in quantity; it is His mercy that compelled Him to sacrifice His Son Jesus to rescue us from the clutches of Satan. By this same mercy, He made us alive and lifted us to our heavenly positions in Christ.

You see, this “mysterious” mercy of God is much more than just the act of forgiveness; it literally means “the kindness and compassion of God” and results in such benefits as HEALING, DELIVERANCE, PROTECTION, PROVISION and PROSPERITY. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” - 1 Peter 1:3 (NKJV)
When we put our trust in His mercy, we will never be disappointed and we will be best positioned to enjoy His fullness in our lives.

Beloved, I pray that you will be ushered into new and greater dimensions of the mercy of God. I prophesy that you are about to experience unprecedented healing, deliverance, protection, provision and prosperity starting from this year. Amen!

Prayer & Confession of faith
God is merciful; He is kind towards me. He will never disappoint and will keep showing me all the benefits of salvation. Hallelujah!
